Pistachio Almond Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup Natural Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Pistachio & Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- Blend soaked dates and Pistachio & Almond and Almond Butter until a creamy paste forms.
- Combine with dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Roll into bite-sized balls, add a spoon more of nut butter on top, sprinkle some extra coconut and enjoy!
- 1 cup of dates
- 1 cup of Almond Cacao Butter
- 1/2 cup of Natural Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup of almond meal
- 1 tsp of peppermint oil
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder
Method
- Blend soaked dates, Almond Cacao Butter and Almond Butter until a creamy paste forms.
- Combine with dry ingredients & peppermint oil in a mixing bowl until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Roll into bite sized balls, add another spoon of Almond Cacao Butter on top, option to coat in crushed candy cane for added crunch.
