Peanut Dipping Sauce

Posted by Nick Sheridan on

After a side sauce? A dipping sauce? A salad dressing? A sauce to drizzle over your tofu bowl?

A peanut based sauce won’t disappoint you!

You can use this peanut sauce in multiple dishes and you change its consistency (make it thinner) by just adding an amount of water until your desired consistency is reached.

Some suggestions we have for this sauce are:

  • dumpling dipping sauce
  • rice paper roll dipping sauce
  • spring roll dipping sauce
  • dressing for a salad
  • dressing for a tofu bowl
  • dressing for a rice and salmon bowl
  • sushi dipping sauce
  • sauce for your rice noodles (add water to recipe for desired consistency)

RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs peanut butter (99th Monkey Salted Peanut Butter)
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

How easy is that to remember? Just 2 tbs of each ingredient, mix it up and you’re good to go!

We look forward to seeing what YOU use our peanut-y sauce with/on!
