RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup coconut
- 40 g protein powder
- 1 tbs 99th Monkey Salted Cashew Butter
- 2-3 tbs agave
- 1.5 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- Coating: White chocolate
Instructions:
- Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Roll mixture into balls.
- Place the balls into the freezer to harden before coating them.
- Once the balls have firmed up, take them out of the freezer and melt your chocolate.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
- Store in the fridge!
