Almond Satay Noodles

If you haven't used almond butter as a dressing or sauce yet, this is your sign! This recipe is a delicious and healthy way to use almond butter. It is also a great meal prep meal for the week.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles of your choice
  • Veggie patties x2
  • Edamame beans
  • 99th Monkey smooth almond butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Water

  5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to a large bowl.
