Ingredients

90g soba noodles

150g tofu (or protein of choice)

1 tsp. oil

1 large spoon 99th Monkey Salted Peanut Butter

¼ lemon
-
¼ broccoli
-
½ capsicum
-
1 carrot
-
sesame seeds
-
Soy sauce
-
1/5 tsp. garlic
Method:

Bring a saucepan of water to boil and cook noodles for 5 minutes.

Add 1tsp oil to a pan and cook tofu and vegetables.

Combine 99th Monkey Salted Peanut Butter, lemon juice and hot water in a small bowl and then add to pan.

Toss through noodles and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Serve and enjoy!
