Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free oats (regular oats can also be used)
  • 1 x carton of 99th Monkey Chocolate Protein Smoothie
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 x overripe bananas (mashed)
  • Toppings: yoghurt, 99th Monkey Pistachio & Almond Butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Bake: Pour the batter into a lined or greased baking dish. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) for 45-55 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
