Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken mince
- 180 g 99th Monkey Crunchy Natural Almond Butter
- 400 g zucchini (diced)
- 400 g potato (diced)
- 300 g carrot (diced)
- 150 g brown onion (diced)
- 1 tbs garlic (minced)
- 800 ml chicken bone broth
- 115 g tomato paste
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Mix chicken in a large bowl with 1/2 of the spice blend
- In a large pot, cook chicken until browned, then remove & set aside
- Heat on medium: onion, garlic, remaining 1/2 of spices (optional: ginger)
- Pour in chicken bone broth & cooked chicken

- Stir occasionally for 30 mins
- Stir in vegetables
